Title: Partner Business Manager Administrator

Location: North Sioux City, SD

Reports to: VP of Partner Management & Marketing

Job Description: The Partner Business Manager Administrator will play an important role in supporting the Partner Management team through operational duties to assist Sterling’s over all business objectives and upholding Sterling’s partnerships. The PBM Administrator will collaborate with the Partner Business Management team and the Sr. Director of Partner Alliances to complete tasks as assigned. This role is not responsible for managing partner accounts but will help with the administrative duties across many accounts. In this role, the PBM administrator needs to be extremely detail oriented, organized, excellent communication skills, and strong abilities to work as a member of a team.

Required Education/Experience: A college degree is required. The candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and detail-oriented, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism while working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial reports.
• Manage corporate email communications and correspondence
• Track certifications and oversee execution management processes.
• Coordinate and manage partner visit requests and related activities.
• Monitor sponsorship funding and maintain associated communications and records.
• Conduct building tours for visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations to small groups on company programs, initiatives, or partnerships.
• Support and complete special projects as assigned by the Sr. VP of Partner Alliance, Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Partner Alliances, or Partner Business Managers.
