What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1099 Roof Inspector position at Sterling Claims?
Roof Inspector-
As a roof inspector you will be working alongside insurance companies as a 1099 contractor, in order to provide a clear unbiased report of damages following a homeowners insurance claim. We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning, hard work and is willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities -
- Provide clear unbiased photo reports of damaged and non-damaged items
- Handle professional communication with homeowners and insurance adjusters
Requirements -
- No prior experience required
- Vehicle which can fit a foldable ladder
- Physical capabilities to climb a ladder, walk on roofs and occasionally use a 32' ladder
Workplace -
Your work environment will change from day to day. Each day you will be in different areas of your city, inspecting different homes and commercial buildings. Inspections will be completed on site, so you will not have to worry about bringing work home with you. There will be opportunities to travel, if you wish to do so.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
