JOB STATEMENT:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the daily, monthly, and quarterly data and analytics functions for our Intermediary business. This role requires a strong background in data management, reporting, and campaign analytics, as well as proficiency in a range of platforms and tools.
ESSENTIAL Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Management
- Generate activity, cash flow, and revenue reports
- Import and manage large datasets of clients and prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and distribution lists
2. Marketing Campaign Execution (Pardot)
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Analyze outreach data and recommend strategies to improve reach and effectiveness
- Coordinate follow-up efforts with the Sales team based on campaign responses
3. Data Analytics Oversight
- Provide consistent and ongoing data analysis for the Intermediary team using tools such as:
- Broadridge
- Kyloe
- Morningstar
- Salesforce
- Fidelity Network Portal
- Envestnet
- FiServ
- 4U
- Pardot
4. Reporting & Insights
- Produce recurring reports for leadership and sales teams, including:
- Industry cash flow trends
- Sector and competitive analysis
- Hypothetical performance comparisons
- Daily, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics
5. Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist in the creation of strategic materials such as:
- Heat maps and sector analysis
- Targeted email campaigns
- Market flow and trend-based insights
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, sales operations, or marketing analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Pardot, Envestnet, Dakota, and other relevant platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
