We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Longwood, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, or pressure washing who is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in making sure our customers receive the high-quality service they expect. You'll spend time both in the field and in the office—checking on jobs, inspecting completed work, communicating with customers and employees, and helping estimate new projects.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, professional, organized, and comfortable taking ownership. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a team, and making sure things get done right, we'd like to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Visit and monitor jobs in progress to ensure work is being completed properly and on schedule.
- Inspect completed work and sign off on jobs when quality standards are met.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide updates, and address service needs.
- Work closely with supervisors and cleaning teams to coordinate projects and resolve issues.
- Prepare and assist with estimates for cleaning and specialty service projects.
- Review job requirements and make sure teams have the information and resources they need.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or work when appropriate.
- Follow up on customer concerns and make sure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Use Microsoft Word and other computer programs for estimates, reports, and project documentation.
- Help ensure projects are completed efficiently while meeting company and customer quality expectations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in project management, operations, supervision, or a related field.
- Has janitorial or commercial cleaning experience — preferred.
- Has floor care experience — preferred.
- Has window cleaning experience — preferred.
- Has pressure washing experience — preferred.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish - preferred.
- Is comfortable communicating with both customers and employees.
- Has strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Word and basic computer programs.
- Can manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in quality work.
- Is dependable, professional, and willing to be hands-on when needed.
- Has a valid driver's license and can pass a Criminal Background Check.
