Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks across various areas, including floors, carpets, hard surfaces, pressure washing and window cleaning, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and well-maintained
- Conduct specialized floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to preserve the quality and appearance of flooring materials
- Utilize carpet cleaning equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens, promoting a healthier environment
- Follow established janitorial protocols to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during all cleaning activities
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to environmental services best practices by using eco-friendly cleaning products and minimizing waste
- Support team efforts during routine custodial tasks to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in high-traffic areas
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred
- Proven background in floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, pressure washing, window cleaning and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment and supplies used in environmental services
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently without compromising quality
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
