What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Event Coordinator (on-site) position at Sterling Bridge Financial Group?
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary purpose of position is to consistently fill the advisors schedule with qualified appointments. This position oversees the management of all marketing materials and implementation of events, seminar management, management of the client concierge/retention program, client events, consistent prospect/client mailing such as monthly newsletters, drip campaign and weekly emails, calendar management, prospect follow-up and tracking the effectiveness of each marketing strategy. This position is also responsible for managing the marketing budget/expenditures and track the return on each marketing strategy. This position will support any changing requirements within the business and will execute any other duties as assigned.
FREQUENCY/ JOB DUTIES
Daily
- Ensure the advisor’s calendar meets or exceeds the minimum amount of appointments on a day-to-day basis with new clients
- Prequalify RSVPs for upcoming seminars
- Data entry into CRM of all prospect that attend seminars
- Call, schedule and follow-up with prospects for appointments from seminars and events
- Record notes from every client conversation in the CRM database
- Call high profile clients to “check-in” and build relationships
- Track and call open prospects for appointment and personal event invitations
- Track number phone calls, contacts made and appointments set
- Follow-up and track client referrals
- Manage and update Track That Advisor (TTA) with required information
Weekly
- Coordinate external resources for marketing and follow-up with prospects
- Prepare, plan, schedule, participate and follow-up on client events and seminars
- Manage weekly email/drip campaign to clients & prospects
- Assist advisor with tracking high profile Prospects
- Schedule seminars in conjunction with Marketing vendors
Monthly
- Manage client touch marketing program
- Create monthly accountability report illustrating number of strategies implemented, contacts made, appointments set, and appointments kept
- Summarize data of all 1st appointments and outcomes for team meetings
Quarterly
- Discuss and review previous quarter’s Seminar strategies and success
- Discuss and review upcoming quarter’s marketing strategies and implementation timeline
As Needed
- Keep company branding current
- Keep website and event calendar current in coordination with AE
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Past experience in marketing a company to the public
- Marketing degree or industry experience

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
