Universal Banker
Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships. This role processes financial transactions, opens and manages consumer accounts, and identifies customer needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
The position also supports commercial and small business customers with treasury management services, including cash management, ACH, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and business debit cards, along with troubleshooting related issues.

What You’ll Do
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing)
- Open and maintain personal accounts
- Assist customers with digital banking and cash management services (ACH, remote deposit, debit cards, etc.)
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous banking or cash-handling experience preferred
