Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician located in Anchorage, AK. The technician will be responsible for conducting inspections, repairs, modifications, and routine maintenance on aircraft. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and completing thorough documentation of maintenance activities. The role contributes to the overall safety and operational efficiency of Sterling Airways.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Systems
- Proficiency in PowerPlant systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience working directly with aircraft and performing preventative maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and repair systems to ensure airworthiness
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and Part 121 operation standards
- A&P Certification is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
