JOB OVERVIEW
As a Customer Service Representative, your role is a crucial point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their financial journey while providing key support to financial advisors and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be working directly with clients and our Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service for a variety of client requests. This position allows for opportunities for advancement in Client Service as well as other areas of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver personalized client service by addressing account inquiries, coordinating requests, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and document interactions to support efficient follow-up and regulatory compliance.
- Process account openings, transfers, beneficiary changes, insurance-related requests, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage required minimum distributions (RMDs), withdrawals, and other client account transactions accurately and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in client service or the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain required securities licenses.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
COMPENSATION
We offer one of the most flexible and competitive compensation plans in the area.
- Salary commensurate with skills, knowledge, and experience. Salary range $47,500 - $75,000.
- Benefits include health care, vacation, employer matching retirement contributions and early out two Fridays per month.
