JOB OVERVIEW
The Associate Advisor plays a vital role in supporting lead advisors and ensuring clients receive high-quality financial guidance and service. This position is responsible for client account reviews, assisting with the development and presentation of comprehensive financial plans, and actively participating in client recommendations. The Associate Advisor delivers exceptional client service by promptly responding to inquiries and managing ongoing relationships with clients. The Associate Advisor works collaboratively within the team to promote accuracy, compliance, and the achievement of clients’ financial goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the review and analysis of client accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with clients’ financial goals.
- Collaborate with lead advisors in developing comprehensive financial plans, including research, analysis, and preparation of planning documents.
- Participate in the presentation of tailored recommendations to clients, ensuring clients receive clear and actionable guidance.
- Administer SIMPLE plan enrollments and annual compliance requirements and support 401(k) plan reviews.
- Contribute to special projects to enhance client outcomes and support team objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
- Series 7 & 66, Life and Health Insurance Licensed
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial sector
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass background check
COMPENSATION
We offer one of the most flexible and competitive compensation plans in the area.
- Salary commensurate with skills, knowledge, and experience. Salary range $70,000 – 85,000 and potential bonus.
- Benefits include health care, vacation, employer matching retirement contributions and early out two Fridays per month.
