As a Welder III, you will perform high-mix, low-volume manual TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminum components used in a medical device manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex welding blueprints within a medical device manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do As a Welder III
- Perform TIG welding to prescribed specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and welding symbols.
- Complete joint penetration (CJP) welds, fitting and purging as required.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct visual weld inspections and support quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot welding equipment and processes.
- Assist with mentoring and training Welder I and II team members.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of Welding experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a solid metal fabrication/machining environment required.
- Welding experience in flux core, MIG, stick and carbon steel preferred.
- Certification in GTAW (TIG)
