Position Summary:
As a Production Specialist you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Development teams to maintain efficient production. This is a hands-on role with real visibility, where your work directly supports product readiness, system improvements, and day-to-day manufacturing success.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow activities to support operational efficiency
•Communicate production priorities, schedule updates, and material needs with internal departments
•Track production progress and assist in meeting production deadlines
•Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
•Generate and manage work orders, including preparing kit sub-assemblies for pre-production to ensure efficient workflow and material readiness
•Provide hands-on support on the production floor to assist with production activities and operational needs
•Monitor inventory levels of production materials and coordinate replenishment as needed
•Coordinate with purchasing to ensure material and availability
•Assist with preparing shipments to customers and suppliers
•Identify and escalate production issues, delays, or material shortages to management
•Prepare and process documentation for production deviations, discrepancies, and adjustments resulting from planned or unplanned activities
•Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
•Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
•Support audits, inventory counts, and other operational activities as required

•Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
Work Conditions:
This role is an in-office position at Stereotaxis’ St. Louis facility.

•Lifting boxes or materials up 35lbs
•Exposure to warehouse or manufacturing environments
•Ability to work around production equipment safely
