This role is for someone who has successfully transformed warehouse and inventory functions, implemented ERP systems, and used Lean methodologies to deliver measurable improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and throughput.
You’ll operate as the site expert and change agent, playing a key role in ERP implementation, inventory strategy, warehouse optimization and technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and inventory transformation initiatives that improve accuracy, flow, and productivity
- Serve as a key contributor to ERP implementation and optimization (Syteline or similar)
- Develop and drive inventory strategies using data (velocity, aging, turns, root cause analysis)
- Implement Lean practices (5S, standard work, material flow improvements)
- Redesign warehouse layout and processes to support production and growth
- Establish and improve SOPs and transaction discipline
- Deliver actionable insights and corrective actions from inventory analytics
- Lead and develop a team while driving accountability and continuous improvement
- Own warehouse execution as it relates to On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
- Ensure inbound materials are received, processed, and system-transacted with speed and accuracy to support production schedules
- Drive improvements in outbound shipping processes to ensure orders are picked, staged, and shipped on time and error-free
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks impacting material availability and shipment readiness
- Partner with production, planning, and procurement to proactively resolve risks to O
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years in warehouse/inventory leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Proven success in implementing change and improving operations (not just maintaining)
- Experience with ERP systems (implementation or major optimization preferred)
- Strong background in Lean / continuous improvement
- Advanced skills in inventory analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives end-to-end
- Track record of improving inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and material flow.
