Role Description The Senior Vice President, User Growth is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role leads user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across digital channels, partnering closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting the user growth vision, defining KPIs, overseeing experimentation and optimization, and reviewing performance data to inform strategic decisions. The SVP will guide cross-functional initiatives, mentor and develop leaders within the team, manage key external partnerships, and represent user growth priorities in executive-level planning and communications. This position is accountable for building scalable processes, aligning resources, and ensuring that growth efforts are ethical, user-centric, and aligned with business objectives.

- Strong Team Leadership experience, including leading high-performing cross-functional teams and developing senior-level talent.
- Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to create long-term growth roadmaps and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Proven experience in Marketing, particularly in user growth, digital campaigns, and data-informed decision-making.
- Extensive background in user lifecycle management, growth experimentation (A/B testing), and performance analytics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration in San Francisco, CA with remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Experience in technology, marketplaces, or talent/recruitment platforms is advantageous.
