Clients include financial institutions, public and private pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, and high net worth investors.Position Overview:We are seeking an Analyst / Associate to join SRE's Business Development team.The individual will be responsible for supporting the firm's real estate business development efforts across primaries, co-investments and secondaries. Responsibilities will include supporting fundraising processes, content creation, and periodic interactions with existing and prospective clients.Essential Job Functions:Develop content for marketing and due diligence materials including presentations, fact cards, private placement memorandums, due diligence questionnaires etc.Prepare responses to requests for information and proposals, track record analyses, third-party databases, competitor benchmarking and investor requestsCoordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings and roadshowsCollaborate across departments including research, asset and portfolio management, RFP, legal and compliance, tax, and portfolio reporting and analyticsWork on ad hoc projects for new business development initiatives as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree required2-5 years of relevant work experience from financial services firms (e.g., private equity, capital advisory/placement agents, investment banks)Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience with Salesforce, Intralinks and AI tools desirableRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholdersSelf-starter with the ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and work well under pressureAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSalary: $100,000 - $130,000The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.
