BCBAs needed to join our team of ethical ABA professional dedicated to helping children reach their full potential!
All cases at Steps to Success Consultants, LLC are managed and supervised weekly by a BCBA, with extensive time for collaboration, brainstorming, training and supervision. We take great pride in our small, well-qualified, experienced, group of professionals who are motivated by the steps to success that each child makes. The candidate should be self-motivated and have a passion for behavior analysis. We’re looking for a team player that can brainstorm with colleagues and think outside the box.
Candidates must have experience with children and must be a BCBA at the time of applying and be a LABA.
Our office has a positive, co-operative and supportive team culture, which is very important to us. We are looking for a team member to compliment our compassionate, ethical atmosphere and help us grow!
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
