Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an on-site position located in Concord, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and implementing ABA interventions to address behavioral challenges. Additional responsibilities include providing parent education, collaborating with caregivers and educators to ensure consistent behavior management strategies, and supervising staff to ensure the fidelity of treatment. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis techniques
- Strong skills in Behavior Management and Parent Education
- Knowledge and/or experience in Psychology and behavioral science principles
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and other stakeholders
- Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and tracking client progress
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
