Summary:
Seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong consumer-facing product management experience. This person will own the product journey from initial patient interaction through symptom assessment, triage, care routing, and follow-up across web and mobile platforms.
Skills/Experience Needed:
- 5 years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing or B2B2C software.
- End-to-end ownership of at least one product from ambiguity through production launch.
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products and evaluating model behavior.
- Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and independently analyzing data.
- Excellent written communication and external stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable operating in regulated, high-stakes environments.
- Action-oriented, and able to execute quickly
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and end-to-end patient journey for an AI-powered care-navigation and triage platform.
- Define how AI-driven patient conversations behave, explain recommendations, earn trust, and escalate when necessary.
- Partner with engineering, ML, clinical, and design teams to translate safety requirements into intuitive experiences.
- Analyze conversation data, product funnels, and user research to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders at partner health systems.
Preferred (Nice to have):
- Healthcare or health tech experience — clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or regulated care delivery environments
- Experience building conversational AI or chat-based products
- Consumer growth experience: funnels, activation, conversion, and retention
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, prompt design, or model behavior testing
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
