As a Store Manager at Kara New York, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring our store delivers outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management, particularly within women’s fashion, and be passionate about leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of sales associates.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and fully stocked with products.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while controlling operational costs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Key Requirements:
