Location: Columbia MD | In-person role | Pay: $24–$28/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients achieve measurable progress in their developmental and behavioral goals.
Requirements
- Must hold current RBT certification through the BACB
- Must be licensed as required by the state of Maryland
- Prior experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home, school, and/or clinic settings
- Strong communication and professionalism
