What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP (Direct Support Professional) position at Steps Agency Inc?
Assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in their home. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to light cleaning, shopping, preparing meals, laundry, accompanying them to appointments, maintaining service documentation and accompanying them on outings in the community. Requirements are HS diploma or GED, valid drivers license with no more than 5 pts on record, proof of car insurance, ability to pass a background check. All required training and certifications will be provided.
