Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, physical education, and social skills, aligned with best practices such as Montessori and other educational philosophies
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers, including those requiring special education or early intervention support
- Foster a nurturing environment that supports child welfare, emotional well-being, and inclusive learning experiences
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning space

Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, including classroom experience with toddlers and early learners
