Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead 3-Year-Old Teacher M-F 9:30a-6:30p to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored specifically for toddlers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster a nurturing environment where young children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As a leader in our classroom, you will inspire both children and fellow educators to reach their full potential while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for all.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, focusing on literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development
- Lead daily classroom activities that promote curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with families to support each child's unique needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and child welfare
- Implement classroom management techniques that foster respectful interactions and a supportive learning environment
- Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress through observations and standardized testing to inform instruction and communicate results to parents
- Mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure consistent delivery of quality childcare and preschool experiences
