What You’ll Do
- Provide loving, attentive, and responsive care to infants.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Follow each child's individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines.
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play.
- Read, sing, talk, and interact with children throughout the day.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families.
- Communicate with parents about their child's day, development, and needs.
- Complete daily classroom documentation and required records.
- Follow all center policies, state licensing requirements, and health and safety guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
