We’re currently seeking full- and part-time BCBA Supervisors to join our growing team
across multiple regions in North Carolina. Services are provided in the home, clinic, and school
settings (When applicable), so a little travel adds variety to your work week.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct FBAs and design individualized, data-driven ABA programming
- Oversee treatment plans and ensure compliance with insurance mandates
- Supervise and mentor RBTs with ethical, effective feedback
- Facilitate parent training to strengthen family success
- Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and support 10–15 clients
- Collaborate with fellow supervisors to maintain high-quality services
- Manage your caseload schedule (we handle the RBT scheduling for you!)
What You Bring
- BCBA certification through the BACB (required)
- 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for ABA
- A reliable vehicle and proof of insurance

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
