Stepping Stone Therapy is seeking a licensed Couples Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary private practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who has experience providing couples therapy and wants to develop a specialized couples-focused caseload while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule, strong referral support, and ongoing professional development.

As a Couples Therapist, you will:
- Provide evidence-based couples therapy utilizing attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches.
- Conduct relationship assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Support couples navigating communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, conflict patterns, intimacy concerns, and relationship transitions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record.
- Collaborate with psychologists and multidisciplinary providers through case consultation.
- Participate in monthly trainings, professional development opportunities, and clinical consultation.
- Build and maintain a couples-focused caseload with support from our established referral network.
- Part-time Weekend Position
- Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability
- Hybrid work model:
- Approximately 75% in-person
- Approximately 25% telehealth

Ideal candidates will have:
- Active Texas license as an LMFT, LPC, LPA, or Licensed Psychologist
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing couples therapy
- Experience working with adults, couples, families, and/or adolescents preferred
- Strong understanding of attachment theory, relationship dynamics, and evidence-based couples interventions
- Experience or training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, or other couples therapy models preferred
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and treatment planning skills
- Organized, independent, and committed to providing high-quality client care
- Team-oriented and open to collaboration and ongoing professional development
- Current insurance credentialing or willingness to become credentialed with BCBSTX, Optum, Aetna, and Cigna
