- 1st Shift (Morning/Day)
- 2nd Shift (Evening)
- 3rd Shift (Overnight)
- Supervise and care for children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Support daily routines (meals, play, rest time)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Follow schedules and licensing requirements
- Communicate professionally with parents and team
- Experience with children preferred
- Reliable and punctual (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Calm, patient, and responsible
- Able to work independently, especially on 3rd shift
