Stepp’s Towing & Heavy Transport is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operators to join our team! We’re looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.

All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned.
Essential Functions
- Operate Heavy Tow Trucks, Rollbacks, and Service Trucks efficiently and safely
- Respond to Florida Traffic Incident Management Program calls and RISC
- Work safely at accident scenes, often in traffic and all-weather conditions
- Cooperate closely with law enforcement and other first responders
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Operate GPS mapping devices
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbing
- Significant physical strength and stamina

Qualifications
- Class A CDL with at least 2 years of verifiable experience
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven heavy-duty towing experience required
- Registered in the DOT Clearinghouse
- Clean driving record for the last 3 years
- Able to pass background check and drug test
Commission Pay
- Graduated commission pay scale starting at 25%
- This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts - Monday to Friday
- On-Call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend of the month
