Underground Specalist

We are seeking skilled, reliable workers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of excavation and site preparation projects, operating tools and equipment while working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate and assist with equipment on excavation and descaling projects.

• Prepare the work site each day by organizing materials, tools, and equipment.

• Follow directions from supervisors and use equipment safely and effectively to complete daily tasks.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, wearing proper protective gear at all times.

• Complete assigned work efficiently and on schedule, ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Prepare new sites by digging, grading, moving dirt, or compacting soil as needed.

• Assist contractors and team members on-site with various construction and repair tasks.

• Clean up and remove debris, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored at the end of each shift.

Compensation

• • Commission Rate: 16%–20%, based on performance
  • Commission Earnings:
    • Typical commissions range from approximately $200–$300 per dig day sold, depending on performance and role
  • Higher performance earns higher commission percentages, with opportunities to reach the top of the range
  Commission earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
