This role focuses on meeting with pre-qualified residential and commercial customers who have expressed a need for excavation services. Rather than spending time cold calling, you'll work directly with qualified leads, identify customer needs, provide solutions, and help customers move forward with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate excavation-related needs, including sewer line repairs, replacements, and related services
- Prepare and present customized solutions and project recommendations
- Build trust with customers and guide them through the decision-making process
- Coordinate with operations and excavation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
