Responsibilities
- Assist with or lead water extraction, drying, and cleanup services in residential and commercial environments
- Respond quickly to water damage situations and help restore properties efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with team members to return properties to their pre-loss condition
- Communicate with customers on-site, providing updates and a high level of service during stressful situations
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow established restoration protocols and safety standards
