Job Description
FABRICATOR
Monday - Friday
Various shifts available
$17.00 per hour
Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate mastery of Creel Associate and Cut/Take Off Operator functions.
- Read and follow engineering diagrams to set up materials on pultrusion lines.
- Accurately count, measure, and weigh materials.
- Follow all safety, quality, and service standards.
- Understand material mixes and identification requirements.
- Handle and store hazardous materials safely.
- Maintain knowledge of part numbers and product identification.
- Communicate effectively with shift personnel.
- Locate pultrusion line materials and perform machine setups.
- Ensure consistent and on-time delivery of materials.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
- Problem-solving skills for standardized situations.
- Basic math proficiency (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers).
- Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
