We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader, Landscape to lead and inspire our outdoor maintenance teams. In this role, you will oversee landscape and grounds maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality execution across various outdoor environments. Duties

• Lead and supervise landscape crews during lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation management, hardscape installation, and general grounds maintenance activities
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor team performance to meet project deadlines
• Ensure all crew members operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal landscape health
• Identify plants accurately to guide proper care and troubleshooting of landscape issues
• Manage construction projects related to landscaping or hardscape features from start to finish
• Maintain safety protocols on-site, conduct safety briefings, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture practices
• Supervising or crew management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments
• Knowledge of plant identification, tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and grounds equipment operation
• Ability to operate company vehicles and grounds maintenance machinery safely and responsibly
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff
• Construction experience related to landscaping projects is highly desirable
• Strong outdoor work ethic with physical stamina for long hours outside in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
