Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, order processing, and shipping & receiving activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and competitive pricing.
- Utilize Fishbowl software for order management and to track inventory levels, process purchase orders, and optimize demand planning.
- Oversee warehouse management tasks such as stock organization, forklift operation, and equipment repair to maximize space utilization and safety.
- Work with internal team members to ensure Amazon is properly stocked, returns and orders are received and processed. Fulfill online orders through Shopify.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Amazon experience a huge plus
- Proven experience in supplier management, negotiation, procurement management, and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Skilled in warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, forklift operation (certification preferred), and warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with demand planning processes to forecast parts needs accurately based on dealership activity levels.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
