Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to assign and oversee daily tasks efficiently.
- Quickly identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with project managers and external clients to assess hauling needs and optimize scheduling for efficiency.
- Review and validate billing entries to ensure accuracy, confirming that all boom jobs are properly recorded.
- Import dump truck billing into the Foundations system and handle external client billing efficiently.
- Input and verify pump truck billing, ensuring accuracy for both Lincoln and Omaha locations.
- Import billing data for hook and semi trucks and efficiently process external client billing for both Lincoln and Omaha locations.
- Maintain and update Fleetmatics with billing rates, job details, client entries, and payment information.
- Work with accounts payable to confirm the accuracy of vendor billing for material pickups.
- Perform audits to ensure accurate data entry and recording across all departments.
- Create detailed reports on truck usage and departmental activities, and share the findings with the appropriate department heads.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
