What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Coordinator position at Stephens Default?
The Communications & Multimedia Coordinator will play an important role in the design and development of content for client-facing communications, including pitch books, presentations, proposals, reports, and other content for Stephens Insurance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design client-facing materials on a range of insurance topics.
- Maintain the presentation library, ensuring that slides are up-to-date, consistent, and available to production teams.
- Format and review pitch books, presentations, and other content assets using company templates and style guides.
- Create and maintain case studies, white papers, executive bios, agency templates, and proposals.
- Develop and refine proposal content that is consistent with the Stephens brand and messaging.
- Proofread completed projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and that all materials are consistent with Stephens global brand standards.
- Communicate information and data effectively with charts, tables, and infographics.
- Assist with the development of intuitive and attractive client-specific communications related to employee health benefits. Examples include awareness flyers and newsletters on health risk, health screenings, bloodmobile, flu-shots, fitness classes, etc.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years professional PowerPoint presentation design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong attention to detail with experience delivering high-quality, accurate, and appropriately branded work product.
- Demonstrated professional-level writing experience and communication skills. Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules required for editing and proofreading material.
- A creative and critical eye for design.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well on a team.
- Exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced
