Qualifications:

Georgia Teacher Certification in Health & Physical Education
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

Prior teaching experience at the elementary level preferred
- Experience with adaptive PE or inclusive education preferred
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and implementing a physical education program that promotes fitness, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits for students.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver age-appropriate PE lessons aligned with state and national standards.

Promote physical fitness, motor skills development, and positive social interaction through structured activities.

Maintain a safe, orderly, and inclusive environment during classes.

Organize and manage sports equipment and facilities.

Assess and report on student progress and participation.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development.

Plan and coordinate special events such as Field Day or school wellness initiatives.
