Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and caring healthcare professional looking to make a real impact in a community-focused practice.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends or holidays required!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist providers with patient care, physical exams, and point-of-care testing
- Administer vaccines and injections to both pediatric and adult patients
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) for Medicare patients
- Obtain and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, height, respiration)
- Triage phone calls and relay messages from providers to patients
- Accurately document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience is preferred but not required
