he Role
We're hiring a Lead Sales & Marketing Manager to own the front lines of our brand — driving sales, building partnerships, and creating the kind of content that stops the scroll. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves meeting customers in person, has a sharp creative eye, and gets excited about building something. With a commissioned structure on top of base salary, your earning potential grows directly with the brand.
What You'll Do
- Travel to pop-ups, brand activations, and trade shows across the country to represent Wild Threads and drive sales
- Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Manage our day-to-day social presence — content calendar, community engagement, trend-spotting
- Build and maintain relationships with ad partners, influencers, and retail buyers
- Collaborate with the design team to align marketing with new product launches
- Track performance and bring ideas to the table for what's working and what's next
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing (fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands a plus)
- Willing and excited to travel regularly for events and activations
- Ability to create polished photo and video content (you know your way around a camera and basic editing tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be told what to do

- Experience running paid social campaigns
