Being hired as a Business Development Agent at Stephen Wade Auto Center means you would be joining the largest auto sales and service organization in Southern Utah.

The Business Development Agent is part of a small team that receives inbound calls as well as makes outbound calls with the purpose of setting sales appointments. The Business Development Agent must be able to have good intuition on the phone and quickly establish rapport so the customer agrees to come to see our inventory. We need agents who can be told "no" consistently not lose their persistence or self-confidence.

A typical day in the life of a Business Development Agent includes calling campaigns while supporting the Sales Consultants on the showroom floor. Our sales process is dynamic and stimulating, so you'll find yourself out of your chair often.

This job comes with a full benefits package, opportunities for growth, as well as daily and bi-monthly goals that come with additional compensation on top of an hourly base.

Job Type: Full-time

Earnings: vary between $37,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year depending on experience and drive to make calls. There is no cap in the income.

Qualifications

Candidates for the BDC Agent position should possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual proficiency is beneficial but not required. Other relevant skills are: cold calling, marketing, and inventory management. A background in automotive sales and customer service is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability in outbound sales and phone etiquette.
