We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Agents/Brokers. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship to help you build a successful career.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives
- Educate clients on insurance products and policy benefits
- Prepare quotes and assist clients throughout the application process
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and policy support
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Portuguese or Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

- Existing insurance license (not required)
