Self-motivated individual with friendly customer service attitude and professional appearance. Responsible for answering multi line phone, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and having professional interaction, light clerical services, confidentiality required, computer and keyboard proficiency desired. Should also possess superior organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail. Bookkeeping, tax preparation experience is a plus. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
