This position is responsible for all protein production, butchery and dinner service execution.
The chef candidate must have knowledge of a wood fired grill and be able to cook proteins to temperature. The chef must be able to interact with guests in an open kitchen setting and have the ability to plate in a clean and stylish manner.
Farm to table, 40 seat BYOB restaurant. We do not work major holidays and offer a 5 day work week!
