Role Description The Coordinator of Intramurals and Camps and the Coordinator of Promotions and Sponsorships are full-time, on-site roles located in Nacogdoches, TX. The Coordinator of Intramurals and Camps oversees planning, scheduling, and administering intramural sports and camp programs; manages participant registration and safety protocols; coordinates camp staff and student workers; and collaborates with campus partners to ensure high-quality recreational and educational experiences. The Coordinator of Promotions and Sponsorships develops and executes marketing and promotional campaigns for campus programs; manages sponsorship relationships; creates communication materials and social media content; and tracks engagement to support program growth and visibility. Both roles maintain excellent communication with students, families, campus departments, and community partners; support program evaluation and improvement; and ensure compliance with university policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
- Experience in camp or recreational program administration, including planning, coordination, and on-site operations.
- Supervisory skills to lead student workers, camp staff, and volunteers, with the ability to provide guidance and performance feedback.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, colleagues, and community partners, both in writing and in person.
- Background in education, recreation, sport management, marketing, or a related field, with the ability to design engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Demonstrated ability and comfort working with children and young adults, including knowledge of safety practices and youth development principles.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple programs and deadlines, with attention to detail and documentation.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital communication tools; experience with promotional or social media platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior experience in campus recreation, camps, marketing, or sponsorships preferred.
