Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Associate
- Engage directly with customers (in an in-person setting) to understand their needs and present solutions custom to their situation
- Develop expertise, with help from industry leaders, in AT&T's products and services to confidently close sales for interested and qualifying customers
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to build brand loyalty
- Work closely with the senior and Entry-Level Sales Associate teams to strategize ways to continuously improve the customer experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor
Qualifications for the Entry-Level Sales Associate Role
- A High School diploma / GED is preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience in account management, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
- A passion for sales and building genuine rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic with the ability to adapt and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Position Overview:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time, permanent position
- Compensation: Commission-Based
**On average, representatives earn between $50,000-$60,000/year.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday with an average of 40-50 hours per week
- Location: This position is based out of our Anaheim office and field locations in Orange County as assigned.
- Clients & Products: Promote AT&T's wireless phone, internet, and telecommunication services.
