Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an experienced third-party debt collector. Responsibilities include, adhering to all federal, state and local laws/regulations, mainly FDCPA and UDAAP, handling incoming and outgoing calls to obtain payment in full, negotiate payment plans or secure overdue payments, documenting all interactions accurately and in detail, and sitting at a desk and/or on the phone for extended periods. An energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization through effective account recovery strategies and customer service excellence.
