About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who is truly a people person. This is not just a cashier position — this role is responsible for creating a welcoming, high-energy guest experience from the moment customers walk in.
You should be comfortable talking to guests, answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, and checking in on tables to make sure everything is great.
Responsibilities:
Greet every guest with energy and make them feel welcome
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS
Help guide guests through the menu and make recommendations
Perform table touches to check on guests and enhance their experience
Stay present at the front while maintaining awareness of the dining room
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team
Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front counter
Follow all bagging and order accuracy standards

Comfortable approaching tables and engaging with guests
Sense of urgency and awareness during busy shifts
