We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks-savvy accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients and managing multiple accounting engagements.
If you thrive in Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or cloud-based accounting environments, this role offers the opportunity to become a trusted financial partner to a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting processes, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including:
o Accounts receivable
o Accounts payable
o Payroll processing
o Sales tax reporting
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee staff-level accounting work and ensure quality standards
- Use QuickBooks Online and integrated cloud tools to streamline accounting processes
You might be a great fit if you:

✔ Are highly proficient in QuickBooks Online
✔ Have experience working with multiple clients or engagements
