What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with HR teams, leadership, and employees
- Support day-to-day client needs including eligibility, billing, claims, and general service requests
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and with a high level of professionalism and warmth
- Help guide clients through renewals and ongoing benefits strategy
Service & Operations Support
- Coordinate and manage service requests with accuracy and follow-through
- Assist with employee eligibility processing and confirmations
- Prepare renewal materials and support open enrollment processes
- Build and manage online enrollment platforms for clients
- Process plan changes and updates
Team & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Support internal projects, system transitions, and process improvements
- Contribute to documentation, workflows, and best practices
- Stay current on industry updates and compliance changes

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or account management preferred
- California insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office tools, along with Ease and Employee Navigator Enrollment Software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service

**This position has a pay range of $65,000 – $80,000, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus opportunities. This is an in-person position based in our Carlsbad office, with occasional flexibility based on business needs. Employment with SSA Insurance Services is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
