Responsibilities

• Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, utilizing floral design techniques and plant knowledge
• Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gardening supplies, providing expert advice on plant care and landscape maintenance
• Maintain the floral display areas through merchandising, stocking, and organizing products to attract customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person, addressing special requests, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral design.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and inventory records.
• Passion for floral art, and customer service with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
